We offer a unique model that combines care management and home care services. Because we hire and manage the home care aides directly, we are able to provide a very cohesive and effective care team.

Senior Alternatives has been placing aides with our clients very successfully since 1995. As a private care management organization, Senior Alternatives has the clinical expertise and knowledge necessary to match the right home care aide to the client's short and long term needs.

Senior Alternatives understands that selecting the right home care aide for a family member is the most important aspect of a successful care plan.  We also know that it can be a very stressful process.

We realize that a good home care aide can mean the difference between a person being able to remain safely in their home, or having to live in an institutional setting.  Once a home care aide is selected, it can be very difficult to monitor the aide and feel assured that they are doing a good job.

We employ experienced, compassionate caregivers. Our qualified and monitored personnel will do personal care, doctor appointments, light housekeeping, and cooking. They will also be guided to work toward providing a better quality of life for the client.

All Senior Alternatives in-home care employees are bonded and covered by a professional, liability policy.  Our office pays all employee tax expenses and workman’s compensation.
